Sydney 2005
The 20th International Congress of ICSH was held on the campus of the New South Wales University. For the first time it was held in the Southern Hemisphere and in the Great Pacific region. The three major themes of the Congress were addressing questions of importance to historians across the world: environment (Humankind and Nature), war and peace and the relationship between myth and history.
